Hotel Safety
When you are traveling, your motel or hotel room becomes your temporary home. You expect these temporary residences to be secure from intrusion by criminals.
Yet criminals can easily enter such places if the hotel ownership has failed to protect their guests. All too often parking decks, hallways, and other common areas are poorly lit, inviting in a criminal who depends on darkness. Sometimes there aren’t enough security guards – or the guards are not properly trained. TV cameras aren’t monitored, or exterior locks or fences are inadequate to keep out intruders.
