Michael D’Antignac

michaelMichael D’Antignac joined The Crime Victim Law Group in 2015, after serving as a Staff Attorney in the State Court of Fulton County for four-and-a-half years. Mr. D’Antignac works tirelessly on behalf of victims who have been attacked due to a property owner’s failure to keep the premises safe and secure from crime. His mission is to help people in their greatest time of need.

Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Mr. D’Antignac graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was an Editorial Board Member and Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review. He began his legal career as a federal law clerk to United States District Court Judge William T. Moore, Jr. in Savannah, Georgia. After his clerkship, Mr. D’Antignac entered private practice in Atlanta with one the Southeast’s largest and most prominent law firms, Alston & Bird LLP, where he successfully represented corporations and individuals in a variety of complex civil litigation matters. Mr. D’Antignac left Alston & Bird in 2010 to take an in-house litigation position with a multi-national corporation, Doosan Infracore International, Inc., where he remained until taking his position at the State Court of Fulton County. Mr. D’Antignac’s unique and broad experience is a valuable asset to The Crime Victim Law Group and its clients.
