Andy-RogersMr. Rogers Has Been Working For Crime Victims Since 1986


After beginning his career as criminal prosecutor in 1988, Mr. Rogers has concentrated exclusively on representing crime victims in civil cases since 1998. Mr. Rogers has obtained substantial monetary compensation for numerous victims of crime. He also has the honor of assisting victims in receiving meaningful counseling and therapy to heal their psychological wounds, while helping them understand and participate in the underlying criminal prosecution of their cases.

In 2008, Mr. Rogers joined forces with Gilbert Deitch to form Deitch & Rogers, The Crime Victim Law Group.

Represented individuals seriously injured in automobile and on-the-job accidents. Represented individuals injured due to the negligence of the State of Georgia and the federal government. Represented child molestation victims in civil cases.

DeKalb County Solicitor’s Office Decatur, GA

Conducted more than 75 jury trials and was responsible for the prosecution of more than 3500 cases. Supervised the Domestic Violence Program, the Shoplifting Diversion Program, and Bad Check Program. Trained and supervised new assistant solicitors. Taught new and experienced police officers at the DeKalb courthouse offices. Taught new and experienced police officers at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth, GA. Assisted in drafting the first anti-Stalking legislation to be signed into law in the State of Georgia.
